Driscoll Tophay is seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as an Accountant.

As part of our accounting and financial department, you ensure the financial accounting principles and transactions, audit,

including month end closures, accounts payable, expense reporting and not limited to inventory and intercompany transfers.

Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or experience related to a field directly relevant

to our industrial concerns.

Accounting Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

• General Accounting, audit, inventory, costing and internal controls
• Fixed Asset Tracking
• Month end process
• Other duties as assigned

Accounting Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, financial or a relevant field
• Experience in accounting, such as journal entries, transactions, month-end closes, etc.
• Ability to work legally in the United States
• Insurable valid driver’s license
• Experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and future forecasting
• Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
