Driscoll TopHay LLC (DTH) is a well-established hay crops sourcing and compression company at Pocatello Regional Airport business park.

We are currently seeking a field Hay Crops Quality Control Specialist for southeastern Idaho. Your passion for the agriculture industry

and sound knowledge of hay crops will make you a great candidate.

Responsibility:

– Working with hay growers to maintain and develop supplier relationship

– Quality check on field haystacks across southeastern Idaho

– Accurately grading hay crops at the field before tarping and shipping to the hay press

– Quality report for each sales order and vendor reports

– Working with the marketing and supply chain functions to understand the quality concerns

– Assist in Inventory management for field haystacks

– Assist in dispatching for inbound trucking to the warehouse and other tasks as designated

– Assisting when customers visit the fields across southeastern Idaho

Qualifications and Skills

– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field preferred

– working experience in the hay and forage industry preferred

– Experience with vendor relationship management preferred

– Ability to interact effectively with vendors at all levels

– Comfortable working within a multicultural team

– Newly college graduates are welcome to apply
