- Operate and maintain weighing equipment to ensure accurate data recording and reporting.
- Assist in material handling and sorting for incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy.
- Engage in proactive and effective communication and coordination with drivers and customers to provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for timely printing of container documents to meet recording and reporting requirements.
- Responsible for Cash/Check tracking and financial reporting, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of financial information.
- Adhere to relevant environmental and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with proficiency in Scale House operations.
- Excellent mathematical and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in computer operation and data input.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
- Priority will be given to those who can speak Spanish.
